64 Sindipeças’ Yearbook Anuário do Sindipeças 2023 A área de Relações Governamentais é responsável pela interlocução das demandas da entidade e das empresas associadas com o Poder Público nos três níveis de governo (União, Estados e Municípios). Além do diálogo permanente com o Congresso Nacional, realiza reuniões com agências reguladoras e de fomento, empresas estatais e instituições financeiras públicas. Para fortalecer as ações da área, foi criado em 2016 o Comitê de Relações Governamentais, por meio do qual são definidas ações estratégicas e a agenda política prioritária do setor. Alinhadas às diretrizes do Conselho de Administração do Sindipeças e da Abipeças, as ações buscam apresentar, debater e construir estratégias que sirvam para estruturar políticas públicas para o setor. The Government Affairs area oversees the communication of the entity and member companies’ requests with the public authorities at the three government levels (Federal, States, and Municipalities). Besides the ongoing dialogue with the National Congress, it arranges meetings with regulatory and promotional agencies, state-owned corporations, and public financial institutions. To reinforce the actions in the area, the Government Affairs Committee was established in 2016 to draw strategic initiatives and the priority political agenda for the sector.
