As CEO, I am privileged to witness the dedication and commitment of our team and ABLA associates who, together, form the heart of our mission to continually innovate and improve. The year 2023 was emblematic for us, marked by the consolidation and implementation of innovative projects that not only met but exceeded the expectations of ABLA members. The security provided by facial biometrics in everyday life, for example, has transformed identity verification for members in physical and online circumstances, offering not only agility, but also unshakable confidence in protection against fraudsters who try at any cost to steal cars from rental and leasing outlets of all sizes. Our Digital Checklist and Claims Management System have raised the bar for operational efficiency, while SGRLOC and CarBigData have opened new avenues for data analysis and risk management. But we have not stopped there. Recognizing the importance of purchasing vehicles for ABLA members, the Collective Purchasing Portal has been a revolutionary innovation, which will provide exclusive and advantageous conditions specifically for the acquisition of new vehicles. The strengthening of the Data Science department in 2023 was a milestone, symbolizing our investment in the future of the sector and in the personalization of our services. This initiative not only strengthens our knowledge base, but also allows us to anticipate and respond to the needs of ABLA members and the broader industry with evidence-based solutions. Although ABLA ONE is still on its way to becoming a market leader, every step we take is calculated and intentional. In 2024, we are committed to achieving ISO 20,000, 38,500 and 27,001 certifications, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence. This effort is not just to obtain quality seals; it is a promise to ABLA members that quality, IT governance, and information security are the cornerstones of our commitment at all levels of operation. Furthermore, we look forward to launching new systems in 2024, which are being designed to meet the growing demands of our sector and ABLA members. Each new system represents our continued promise of innovation and excellence. In retrospect, 2023 was a year of significant growth for ABLA ONE. Looking ahead, we are excited for what 2024 holds.
