Cada curso possui carga horária de 40 horas, com estrutura vir- tual desenvolvida em parceria com o Serviço Social do Transporte e Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem do Transporte (SEST-SENAT) e apoio da Confederação Nacional do Transporte (CNT). Todo o con- teúdo programático foi elaborado junto à Fundação de Estudos e Pesquisas Socioeconômicos (FEPESE). From the classroom to the living room T hroughout 2020, in the pandemic crisis, the Corporate University of the Vehicle Licensing and Rental Sector experienced increased demand for distance learning. The year ended with Uniabla having 2,560 students in its distance learning courses, which are free and for professionals and entrepreneurs working in the car leasing and rental sector. Distance activities include videotaped lessons, handouts, podcasts and questionnaires available for remote access. “We pooled out efforts to encourage registration in the period when people were working from home or even not working at the time,” says the coordinator of Uniabla, Carlos Faustino. Course options in 2021 include Effective Operational Service; Management skills: the concept of urban mobility; Management in Administration and Finance; Fleet Management; and Quality Sales: a commercial strategy for the sector. Each course has a workload of 40 hours, with a virtual structure developed in partnership with the Social Transport Service and National Transport Education Service (SEST-SENAT) and support from the National Transport Confederation (CNT). All the content was created with the Socioeconomic Studies and Research Foundation (FEPESE).
