Os cursos EAD são apoiados pela Confederação Nacional do Trans- porte (CNT), que incluiu o projeto como parte de sua política de qualifi- cação na área dos transportes. O conteúdo programático de cada cur- so é 100% feito em parceria com a Fundação de Estudos e Pesquisas Socioeconômicos da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Fepese), com a produção de materiais em audiovisual e de todos os materiais didáticos complementares. Qualification for rental company professionals U niabla is the first corporate university in the vehicle rental sector created in Brazil, integrated with ABLA’s articles of association. The pioneering and innovative initiative offers the rental segment information directly related to the sector, partnering with the employers’ unions (Sindlocs) and ABLA’s regional offices. Courses can also be done in-company, with content customized to the needs of each rental company. This stimulates the integration of internal teams and optimizes the use of time, as the rental companies themselves choose the times and places for the courses to be given. The workload is usually eight hours for each course, covered in one day. Uniabla also offers distance learning for professionals working in car rental companies, developed in partnership with the Social Transport Service and the National Transport Education Service (SEST/ SENAT). The distance education courses are supported by the National Transportation Confederation (CNT), which includes the project as part of its qualification policy in the area of transport. The content is produced in partnership with the Foundation for Socioeconomic Studies and Research at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Fepese), producing audiovisual and complementary teaching materials.
