Os integrantes passam pela aprovação do Conselho Gestor e promovem eventos e encontros, criam material de divulgação e grupos de discussão no sentido de atender e capacitar os sucessores do setor. Todos os integrantes da ABLA Jovem estão vinculados às empresas de locação de veículos Associadas da ABLA, com idade mínima de 21 e máxima de 35 anos. O calendário de encontros entre os integrantes prevê, pelo menos, seis reuniões por ano. A ABLA Jovem também tem importante papel no desenvolvimento da Governança Corporativa, pois sempre que solicitados pelo Conselho Gestor, seus integrantes também podem atuar dando apoio ao apadrinhamento dos projetos do Planejamento Estratégico da Associação. No médio e no longo prazo, a equipe da ABLA Jovem será fundamental para auxiliar a Associação em busca de sua perenidade como a principal entidade do setor de locação de veículos da América Latina. The members go through the approval of the Managing Board and promote events and meetings, create publicizing materials and discussion groups with the aim of attending and qualifying the segment successors. All of the Young ABLA members are linked to ABLA’s associated car rental companies, with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum of 35 years old. The meeting schedule among the members sets at least six meetings a year. Young ABLA also plays an important role in developing the corporate management, because every time they are asked by the Managing Board, its members can also act supporting and protecting the projects of the Strategic Planning of the Association. At medium and long term, Young ABLA’s team will be fundamental to help the Association in search of its perpetuity as the main organization of the car rental sector in Latin America.
