It is present in every state and the Federal District through its governing body, which operates in line with the entity’s guidelines. The staff that supports national management is composed entirely of experienced businesspeople and executives from the vehicle rental and leasing sector, structured as the National Council, Fiscal Council, and Regional Boards. Today the National Council has 23 members, including the president, vice president and counselors. ABLA is managed by the CEO and the Management Council, made up of 12 representatives of the National Council and 11 alternates, who implement and deliberate guidelines, represent the entity and defend commercial and sector policies in Brazil. The Fiscal Council has 12 members, six of them alternates, who analyze and oversee the entity’s administration and budget. The numbers on the Regional Boards vary, as they are composed of at least one representative from each state. The regional directors represent ABLA in their states and accompany in person the members and activities that influence the vehicle rental and leasing business in their region. Currently, ABLA has 24 directors who carry out ABLA’s business in their regions.
